MEET OUR STAFF

Bryan and his wife Nat have been joyfully married for more than 40 years. Together, they have two children - Paul & Elise, and are blessed with six wonderful grandchildren. For over three decades, the Vaughans have served in ministry side-by-side, investing their lives in youth ministry, seniors ministry, outreach and discipleship, and missionary work across many nations. 

Bryan has also spent more than 25 years teaching in Bible colleges throughout Canada, West Africa, and Jamaica. He is the co-founder and president of the Canadian Christian Ministers Federation, a networking and credentialing body established in 2005. In addition to his ministry and teaching work, Bryan is the author of two books. 

At the heart of everything Bryan and Nat do is a deep love for people. Their desire - reflecting God's own - is that all would come to know Christ and be rescued from the coming judgment, finding hope, salvation, and new life in Him.

Colyn is a devoted husband, father, and man of God who leads with love, humility, and a joyful sense of humour. He and his wife Kim have been married for many years and have built a Christ-centred family with their three daughters, their son, and their sons-in-law. As grandparents, they now delight in sharing their faith and love with their five grandchildren. 

Colyn's passion for the Lord is evident in the many teaching and leadership roles he has taken on within the church. He is committed to sharing God's Word and helping develop disciples who carry the message of Christ into the world through the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit.

Jenny and her husband Jeff have been married since 1999 and are blessed with three children and one grandchild. Jenny studied at York University, Tyndale Bible College, and Ontario Bible College, earning her Bachelor of Theology.

Alisha has a clear and beautiful calling from God to work with children - and she lives out that calling with joy, patience, and genuine love. She has served in ministry for many years and, together with her husband Paul, has raised four daughters of their own. Her gift with kids is unmistakable, and she continues to trust in the God of miracles as she pours into young minds.

Paul serves faithfully as one of our in-house bus drivers and as head of security, ensuring that those who are vulnerable are protected and cared for. Together, Paul and Alisha also lead and teach our married couples' Bible studies, investing in strong, Christ-centred relationships. 

We are truly blessed to have Alisha serving God here at Hope For Today Fellowship, and grateful for the dedication and heart she and Paul bring to our church family.

Dwayne has served in youth and young adults ministry for many years, investing deeply in the next generation with wisdom, compassion, and a steady love for God. He is currently pursuing his Master of Theological Studies at Heritage Bible Seminary, continuing to grow in knowledge and leadership as he serves. 

Dwayne and his wife Jenn have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. Their family has been a blessing to our church, and we are truly grateful that God brought him, and his loved ones, to Hope For Today Fellowship.
